介绍了CHIP中使用权重的意义。

个人主要想先复现的是《中国工业经济》的一个论文《户籍制度下劳动力的经验人力资本:生命周期视角》，

里面沿用的JPE的do文件分解工资，其中设定权重为“perwt”。

求教论文的权重是怎么来的呢？CHIP数据中又是否包含权重数据呢？
