[Questions] 样本编码求解

 请问chip2013年样本编码前六位数按照省份及城市编码的吗？调查说明只说明了省份的编码，另外以N结尾的样本编码是什么情况的？本人想对chip数据按城市进行分类，还请各位帮忙解惑，谢谢！

 就是按照行政区划代码，变量coun中，110101就是北京市东城区

正好也是想提问这个问题，前面六位是行政区的编码，但是不知道后面的是什么规则，主要是想划分村，不知道能不能通过样本编码来识别。

前六位与行政区编码大体一致，后面几位没有实际意义。户编码只是为了方便抽样而设置，不是为了匹配地区目的，除了前两位省份能够完全对应，市和县都不是100%对应，会有个别对不上。

市县匹配不上的几个事实上可能是因为那个行政区域变更了，我手动查了那几个匹配不上的，基本上都可以查到。
