  1.  请问coun是CHIP2013 survey questionnaire的住户成员代码（个人ID）吗？

如果是的话，是不是"hhcode+coun":就可以代表每一个人的id了？

如果不是，住户成员代码（个人ID）是哪个变量呢？

  1. 另外，我在survey guide manual中看到七、关于受访对象中，有这样一段说明：

调查员请向户主提问。如果户主有特殊情况（长期在外或年纪太大等）的话，请向户主

的配偶或其他家庭经济承担者或知情者提问。

是不是说，一个家户只会采访一个人，也就是说不同的hhcode（家户ID）就可以代表不同个人了？

1、coun是县级代码，个人代码一般是person。

2、不同的hhcode表示不同的家庭，同一个家庭中包含多个个人（家庭成员）

3、一般hhcode的前两位是省级编码。

想用个人id的话怎么弄，因为不是每个表都有hhcode和person,一般只有hhcode，这时候怎么弄？谢谢老师
